Christmas cooking began tonight with brine prep and pie baking. Made 2 Pumpkin, 1 Apple, 1 Bourbon Pecan and 1 Cranberry Mincemeat for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebrations this week. The house smells amazing!

It was very hard to resist them this morning. It is a good thing that I'm so busy that I don't have time to sit and think about them or they would certainly be eaten. Merry Christmas!
